3. User Accounts

5. Service Delivery and Performance

We will provide estimated timelines for project completion. While we strive to meet deadlines, timelines are subject to change based on project complexity and client cooperation.

5.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide necessary materials and information promptly
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Provide clear feedback and approval at designated milestones
• Ensure all provided content is legally compliant

5.3 Revisions

Service packages include a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by DigiGenius India and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Client Materials

You retain ownership of materials you provide to us. By providing materials, you grant us a license to use them for the purpose of delivering our services.

6.3 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables as specified in your service agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. SaaS Products Terms

7.1 Subscription Model

Our SaaS products are offered on a subscription basis with various pricing tiers. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

7.2 Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

7.3 Data Backup

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important data.

7.4 Usage Limits

Subscription plans may include usage limits. Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• 14-day money-back guarantee on SaaS application subscriptions
• Subscription cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle

• Return or destroy confidential information upon request

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• DigiGenius India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service
• We are not responsible for losses due to factors beyond our reasonable control
• We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing services
